Meet the Team

Beach House Realty was founded by Kevin Bergin, a resident of LBI, for over a decade. He spent summers renting homes with his family until finally buying a summer home, which later became his full-time residence. His love of the island grew from sharing it with his three children to watching his grandchildren create memories of enjoying LBI year-round. Kevin Bergin started his real estate career at Diane Turton’s Manahawkin office. It was there he met Kevin Farnung. Both with extensive management and marketing experience. It was there the Sold By 2 Kevins Team was born. The SB2K team continues as two well-known and greatly-respected Realtors in Ocean County and beyond. Kevin is one of the founding members of the LBI Chamber of Commerce, and has served several terms as president. He is a member of Galloway National Golf Club and LBI National Golf and Resort where he helped facilitate the purchase of Sea Oaks to the current owners, and hit the first tee shot of the new club. In a survey of the agents the top three adjectives to describe BRH were “collaborative, nurturing and innovative. “First you have to CARE about what you are doing OR it will all fall apart" is one of his sayings.
