The Beach House Group | SERHANT. was founded by Kevin Bergin, a long-time resident of Long Beach Island. Kevin transitioned into real estate after a successful career in human resources, sales, marketing, and general management. With deep experience in advertising and communications, he brings valuable insights to the table when assisting both buyers and sellers.

 

Kevin’s expertise extends into the e-marketing field, having created an internet start-up for the government sector. His background also includes time as the president of a management consulting and coaching firm, giving him a unique perspective when advising clients on life-changing decisions related to real estate. Kevin enjoys spending quality time with his family and has been a proud resident of the LBI area for many years. An avid golfer with one hole in one if not in the office you can most likely find him on the course! Dont be afraid to ask, he would love to take you along!
