We took a big step and joined with Ryan Serhant, star of Million Dollar Listing NY and Owning Manhattan. It was no easy decision to from an ego point of view but, in the end it is the best move for my agents and our clients. Serhant offers an incredible array of products and tools to help sell our listings. The social media aspect and reach is currently the most followed real estate brand in the world. The team is excited and we are expecting awesome things of each other in this endeavor moving forward as:
The market is turning as most of you know. Houses are on the market twice as long as they were a few short months ago. Part of that is the election stall which we have seen for the last 21 years. But overall the market is in good shape with 163 listing on LBI as I write this.

I am so proud of our LBI Chamber of Commerce Kite Festival Team. Together with great kiters like Trip and Deb as well as the South Jersey Kiters Association they pulled off a great event!!! The crowds were insane as usual, and the politics of it all was gone. Congrats to Adele and Jules and of course Dan Malay Chamber COO and CEO of How You Brewin. NO Kite Fest is successful without the help of our local partners especially Gina Lotito of Long Beach Township and their teams. Thanks to all!!!! Congrats as well to Matt Freed and the Beach Haven Chamber’s first Chowder Cook Off for their new event that replaced the old Chowder Fest. Again, a change free of politics not noticed by the public as the crowds proved how much people LOVE LBI!!!
