Hey there, and happy Saturday, Beach House Realty fans! As there are just over three weeks until Spring, and the mercury will climb to 60 degrees later this weekend here on Long Beach Island, now is the perfect time to begin your beach house hunt.
Conditions are ripe here on LBI for house hunting. Why do you ask? Well, for starters, you can get from one end of the Island to the other – yes, Barnegat Light to Holgate – in much less time than you can when the traffic lights are again turned on to their full functionality in about three months In addition, the crowds and thinner; thus, the lunch and dinner lines are much shorter.
But don’t be fooled; there are still plenty of establishments – shopping, dining, and nightlife alike – open year-round here on LBI.
Because we wanted you to be able to take part in enjoying this less-hurried and still beautiful time of the year here, we’re offering Open Houses on two of our Beach House Realty featured properties.
